Blues Weekend

This little Ozark village gets happy each year when the Annual Blues Weekend brings internationally acclaimed musicians to the City’s Auditorium and the Basin Park Hotel. In fact, the whole town reverberates with the sound, as blues players from the national and the regional scene take to stages at various venues throughout the festival. This year’s blues weekend kicks off Thursday May 31, and runs for four days, with two new events—drumming in the park and a blues picnic at the Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge—added to the lineup.

A limited number of VIP weekend passes are on sale at $150 at the website, and include a front row seat at the Auditorium and Barefoot Ballroom shows, as well as a goody bag filled with show memorabilia and a tee shirt.
 
A handful of Ultimate VIP Packages are available, he added, which include a room for three nights at the 1905 Basin Park Hotel, the host hotel of the weekend, and two VIP packages. These cost $325 per person, based on double occupancy.

General admission weekend passes are on sale at $75 each. Individual show tickets, ranging in price from $5-$25 per show are on sale now as well.
