Boston Pizza Jonathan Toews FORE Kids Golf Classic

This will mark the 5th anniversary of the FORE Kids Golf Classic. Over the first four years of The Classic a total of $225,000 was given back to local charities with a large portion of the funds going to the Childrens Rehabilitation Foundation. The event will again officially kick-off Players Cup week with thirty-six teams made up of two children (ages 8 to 17) and two adults teeing it up in an alternate shot format.

Please download and print thephoto release formfor each participant and submit it at the registration tent the morning of the event. Please ensure the child's release is signed by their parent or legal guardian.
