Hey Guys and Gals!
With the summer fast approaching, its time to kcik it in to high gear! We'rebringing back some old favorites with some new flavours! Ropes, Sleds, Hammers, Parallette Bars just to name a few.... Excited or scared, it will be a good time.
With Outdoor Bootcamps, you can look forward to having every class different then the next. Our trainers keep it fast paced with a high energy so that the participants can stay motivated and motivate each other. Each class is 60 minutes and the exercises are designed to incorporate many different styles of fitness including:cardio, strength, balance and coordination to give participants the best results possible. The bootcamps are also designedto cater to all fitness levels from beginner to advance
Day: Tuesday & Thursday
Time: 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Duration: July 10th - August 16th
Location: Cumberland Park (148th Ave - 129th St.)
Cost: $160/Person (12 Classes)
I welcome anyone and everyone willing to sweat through my workouts to achieve the goals they crave.
Feel free to invite friends, family, and anyone you would like to work towards those goals with. Having someone to rely on, or that relies on you to get to class always makes the fight that much easier.
