The Bloor West Village BIA is a non-profit association of business and property owners located within 12 blocks along Bloor Street West. Operating an annual maintenance and promotional program on a self-imposed budget, the association uses its funds to promote business activities and beautify the area, keeping it distinctively vibrant, safe and beautiful.
